Yes North Korean music is awesome. The best of any communist state in history. The state is dedicated to music, including the experimental and modern forms. Musical talent seems to be truly valued over there, which means a lot to me because I know some kids here who have/had amazing musical potential/ability but are just ignored and not helped.
This song I love. Its a sad song about seperation

This is just awesome. Makes a nice change from the typical "asian child forced to play Pachelbel's Canon in D".

This is pretty good too

There's also apparently this underground hardcore music from Pyongyang Hardcore Resistance. Not sure if it's legit or not tho

Its not creepy its fuckin awesome, theyre so talented.
But yes the expressions can get weird sometimes especially with children, I'm guessing they're taught to smile while playing, even though it can look strange
Anyway this is hilarious

I was amazed by their talent! I'm 19 years old, been playing for about 4 years and I can't play that well.

How is that video creepy?
Children doing music recitals is common all over the world. Ever cross your mind that their expressions might look odd because they're nervous? Performance anxiety is a huge issue for adults, let alone kids their age.
Anyways, those girls playing the guitar is a lot more tasteful than their counterparts who get slathered in make-up, squeezed into a bikini and trotted down a run way to be gawked at in those horrible Little Miss pageants we have in the U.S.

Yeah, it's creepy to be good at things. They are great at what they're doing and they are certainly much better than me to play guitar. I just thought the full-sized guitars made them look extremely tiny.
