根据美律电子工友信息，6月6日（星期天）上午数千龙华美律电子公司的工人在深圳市龙华区大浪街道进行罢工 游行，抗议厂方不兑现加薪承诺和安排集体周日加班而不支付加班工资。

罢 工开始于早晨8点20分，起因是在于当天为星期日，如安排加班应该支付双倍工资；但公司以今后换休为由，按 正常工作日计算，引发员工不满。从8点半左右 起，约2千多员工集聚在公司门口，有些员工还手举"减工时、加工资，劳动法何在？"等字样的抗议纸牌。此后，工人一路游行至大浪街道中心，沿途有工人高喊 "加工资"和"要休息"等口号。美律资方和龙华区政府当即出动数百名保安、联防、警察、交警和专业特保人员企图暴力阻止工人罢工游 行。当发现阻止不成，便 将工人驱赶进大浪街道会议礼堂，期间警安特保人员殴打罢工工人，导致数人受伤。之后，当局一直将工人关在礼 堂内不准外出，安排资方人员前往谈判。直至下午 约3点左右，负责警戒的当局警察和保安撤离，员工才得以分批离开礼堂。

美律电子公司是台资电子配件公司，主要是为手机生产小型扬声器，目 前员工七、八千人。公司平时一贯采用"换休"的方式，让员工在法定休息日上班而不支付加班工资，之后又在生产和盘点时集中放假。所以有时员工需要连续工 作 2、3周而无一天休息，而有时正常工作日安排休息却没有收入，而导致当月累计工时过低，只能领取基本工资。 2010年新年期间，该公司制造三部将元旦5天 休拆散，只安排1月1日休息1天，而其他上班时间又无加班工资，这当时已经引起工人集体不满。更为重要的是 ，目前美律公司的工人基本工资约为900元左右 （等于深圳关外最低收入），在厂方扣除食宿等费用后，每月所余不过数百元。由于工人一再抗议和申诉，资方早 在4月份就口头承诺将工资提到每月1050元。 但2个月过去了，迄今加薪承诺尚未兑现。而且公司其他的承诺，如确保休息日和安排2月1次的福利抽奖等，均 未能兑现。

据 悉，在罢工当天下午劳资双方的谈判中，资方仅承诺从7月起将工资提高1050元和保障每周工人休息一天（按 法律规定因为每周2天休息日）；但员工们表示对 于这一结果并不满意。因为不久前，以员工自杀为震惊世人的深圳富士康和工人集体罢工的佛山本田都已经做出了 加薪30%或以上的承诺，所以员工提出基本工资 应该达到1200元，休息日加班应正常按加班工资计算等诉求。而且，罢工工人表示不排除进行进一步抗争的可 能性。

在2010年这个夏天，全国各地工潮不断。

日 本本田汽车佛山配件厂的工人持续17天集体罢工，赢得近40%的加薪，而且工人明确提出"重整工会和改选工会主席"的口号。全球第一电子代工集团深圳富士 康接连发生员工自杀事件，面对各界质疑与压力，富士康方面被迫加薪30%。河南省平顶山平棉纺织集团五千工 人反对改制和赔偿过低进行18天罢工。日本尼康 相机无锡工厂工人因抗议厂方疏于生产安全保障造成员工化学中毒进行罢工。中石化下属江苏仪征化纤公司工人因 抗议国企改制而举行罢工。日本夏普上海工厂工人 为加薪罢工抗议。北京为现代汽车提供部件的韩资企业星宇车科技有限公司员工因抗议工资过低而停工。重庆綦江 齿轮厂工人因抗议员工过劳死而停工抗议。以上所 列只是众多近来罢工事例中的沧海一粟，网上已经有网友将之称为"夏日全国罢工总动员"。

在经历30年资本主义新自由主义主义的超额剥削模 式下，经受超长工时、超低工资、军事化专制管理等非人性待遇的"新一代"中国工人阶级已经逐步觉醒。中国劳工论坛（chinaworker.info）呼 吁各地工人、左翼和社会主义者支持美律工人的罢工诉求，支持佛山本田工人罢工，支持一切工人自我组织、团结 抗争和争取基本权益的斗争。

工 人阶级是社会财富的真正创造者，是决定社会发展的真正动力。中国劳工论坛（chinaworker.inf o)呼吁，工人阶级完全有权“要求生活工资、实 现尊严工作、确保人性生活；”，而为真正实现这一诉求必须要确保工人阶级的基本权利，也就是“捍卫罢工自由 、保障集体权利、组建独立民主工会。”，并在此 基础上最终实现有下而上的基层工人民主和工人控制，也就是实现民主社会主义。

2010年夏季的"全国罢工总动员"正在改变中国工人阶级运 动的版图，也必将改变数亿中国工人阶级的经济和政治命运。与此同时，中国工人阶级的集体抗争对于反抗新自由 主义霸权和资本主义全球化剥削，对于国际劳工运 动的重新崛起和世界性社会主义运动的发展将起到难以估量的重要影响。

The Dialectic of the Present Discussion

When confronted with the diplomatic front covering the hidden premises and lack of premises of our opponents, we, the “conserva tives,” naturally reply: A fruitful dispute over “concrete questions” is possible only if you clearly specify what class premises you take as your starting point. We are not compelled to confine ourselves to those topics in this dispute which you have selected artificially. Should someone propose that we discuss as “concrete” questions the invasion of Switzerland by the Soviet fleet or the length of a tail of a Bronx witch, then I am justified in posing in advance such questions as, does Switzerland have a sea coast? are there witches at all?


Every serious discussion develops from the particular and even the accidental to the general and fundamental. The inunediate causes and motives of a discussion are of interest, in most cases, only symptomatically. Of actual political significance are only those problems which the discussion raises in its development. To certain intellectuals, anxious to indict bureaucratic conservatism” and to display their “dynamic spirit,” it might seem that questions concerning the dialectic, Marxism, the nature of the state, centralism are raised “artificially” and that the discussion has taken a “false” direction.



The nub of the matter however consists in this, that discussion has its own objective logic which does not coincide at all with the sub jective logic of individuals and groupings. The dialectic character of the discussion proceeds from the fact that its objective course is determined by the living conflict of opposing tendencies and not by a preconceived logical plan. The materialist basis of the discussion consists in its reflecting the pressure of different classes. Thus, the present discussion in the SWP, like the historic process as a whole, develops – with or without your permission, comrade Burnham – according to the laws of dialectic materialism. There is no escape from these laws.
