I am thinking hunger strikes are the only way to change this. I bet Monsanto made a big deal with IL. prisons.

Sounds like a great idea. Perfect for all those Vegan inmates.

Why would you ever want to protest a almost meat-free diet? ;)

What? Hunger strikes are necessary to change what? You are missing key parts of your sentence.

It's all in the URL he posted. He's saying hunger strikes should be used to protest the use of soy based diets for the inmates.

That may be the case, but it doesn't have anything to do with fascism, unless you want to really loosely suggest the prision system is fascist in nature.. ?

Can a mod move this?

I think the prison system is fascist. Also if the prison system makes a deal with Monsanto to feed the prisoner cancerous GMO's. A hunger strike is relevant to fighting fascism....

I don't think the system, by definition is fascist, as an institution the system has fascist tendencies. Plus Soya is good for you, try it.

Watch this and see how soy is cancerous and modified GMO. Obama wants to make the head of Monsanto head of the FDA.

All i'm arguing is that Soya as a staple food diet is, healthy and good for you. As many Vegans can vouch for.

However, I am not arguing that if its GM Soya it's not carcinogenic or bad for your diet. Any chemicals that are added to our food, i'm sure cannot be healthy for us.

Yeah but the prisons cut deals with Monsanto, etc. So they can feed the prisoners the GMO soy.

I think the prison system is fascist.

Prisons arent 'fascist', dont be ridiculous. They are run by the principles of the ruling ideology of the day.

The prisons of the USA are no more fascist than the prisons of North Korea and Cuba.
