I absolutely adore this animation style. I'm something of a visual learner, long strings of spoken audio, I tend to start to tune it out, but with this animation, man it was easy to get the whole message. That and it was kind of funny in a quirky way.

Anyhow, this is fascinating stuff. It also reminds me of the socialist emulation used in the Soviet Union. Ironically, the system was perhaps undermined by attempts to simulate the capitalist bonus system by rewarding high performance - completely unaware of this phenomena in human psychology.
