Gotta feel bad for any Ohio comrades out there, this is just ridiculous. I find it hilarious the human nature argument is given against Communism and yet you see so much apparent faith in humanity with rulings like these.

It's an example of argument from authority- in this case they held the word of the police over the person. Shame for the guy though, getting caught up in police backtracking to prevent their ever so graceful reputation from being tarnished.

Though we're all guilty of doing this from time to time, if it suits our needs.
