When does the CA fall? May 28th 12 AM or May 29th 12 AM?

The deadline is May 28th - about two days away. I don't know the exact time - I'd suspect the end will come at 12pm on the 28th. Unless an agreement is reached to extend the deadline by six months, the CA will dissolve and the government will lose legal legitimacy.

The Maoists have said they won't agree to extend the deadline unless the government resigns and a new govt is formed under their leadership. So far, the PM is refusing to resign and the reactionary parties are refusing to accept Maoist leadership.

Anything could happen in the next few weeks. We really don't know what's coming.
