I'm SO sick of hearing the rants of the rich power mongers in this country. Over & over again, it's proven that if given a choice between money & doing the right thing, these fuckers will stop at nothing to protect their own economic interests at any cost. The BP spill, and the surrounding scandals are yet one more example.
I'm preparing my own little way to make these fuckers pour some of their money back into the pockets of some of those they've exploited to maintain their fortunes.
I'm keeping a spray bottle filled with salt water in my vehicle, equipped with a screw driver tip. I'll take every opportunity to run a very long fine scratch down to the metal of every Cadillac SUV I see parked. It will be hidden toward the bottom rear main body panel & coated with salt water to accelerate the rust process, and will be hidden from view until the rust begins to creep. This will apply to every vehicle I deem to be owned by a rich, conservative Republican asshole.

Obviously, this is the fastest path to a classless, stateless society. Right up the alley with glueing shut parking meters. While you're at it, why don't you drive a forklift through a starbucks window
Pardon my sarcasm, I understand and share your anger but I hope you can see that this is not constructive action AT all. Like every SUV is owned by a member of the bourgoisie and even then, how is this going to bring us an inch closer to (anarchist-)communism?

Personally, I'm more in favour of lighting bags of shit on fire on the doorsteps of mansions.

A fine example of 'doing it wrong' by attacking a man for the hideous crime of *gasp* wearing a suit!

How would it make them pay... if such a spat of vandalism were sustained over a long enough period it would probably just result in my car insurance rates going up.

The Class War Federation had a lot of redeeming features.

Well, I'm all for you venting some of your legitimate rage at these bastards as long as: 1) You don't get arrested in the process 2) You recognize that this isn't really a likely means of overthrowing the capitalist system.

Well.. it did, back in the days when Ian Bone was the main organizer. Now its all a bit over done and cliche. Ian had a little more wit and a good sense of irony, which is missing now.

At the very least, keep an eye out for union stickers or something, you know, Local Pipe Fitters 51 or something.

comrade, don't get yourself lock up, we need ya free for the revolution.
On a more serious and relevant note, Transocean is headquartered in a town called Zug in landlocked Switzerland. this is the offshore oil rig company involved in the oil spill, and they are headquarted in central Europe, which is ironic for an ocean drilling company. Why? Because it has some of the lowest tax rates on businesses ever. you know what their previous headquarters was? The Cayman Islands, another tax haven. Remember this is in reality a U.S. company. but they are too greedy to put up with taxes and regulations.
