Comrades, Riley is an example of the tendencies towards anti-social lumpen-proletarian behaviour amongst black youth. He is a victim of class and racial oppression and he has responded to this oppression with an assertion of masculinity and power, in order to combat the disempowering and humiliating treatment he receives from the world around him. Such pitiable behaviour should not be celebrated comrades - we must undertake comradely criticisms of young Riley in order to reveal to him the flaws in his behaviour, and enlighten him as to the fact that the real enemies are not 'haters' or 'dick ridin' motherfuckers' but rather the international bourgeoisie.

He's a cartoonist and political commentator as opposed to a political activist, at least as far as I know, but he's certainly a leftist.
