Greetings, all.
I'm a leftist high school student living in Alabama, USA. I'm looking forward to greatly increasing my knowledge of leftist politics through this site!
I enjoy reading philosophy, political theory, etc. and playing guitar (mainly metal).
The political climate of Alabama is really terrible. There are very few leftists, and I've even had a teacher give me a copy of "Atlas Shrugged" by Ayn Rand in class when he heard me talking about communism.
Anyway, I hope this forum can cause me to better understand leftism and lead me to theories I find truly interesting!

Welcome.
There don't seem to be too many reds in Alabama. I wonder why
Tsuake is from those parts though, if I recall correctly.

I know (of) a few actually.

I have a couple FB friends in Birmingham. You can PM me if you're interested.

Welcome I'm new as well and I've had people tell me to read Atlas Shrugged too especially when I tried to conduct a May Day rally.

As Alpha Kappa said I happen to be from Alabama. Don't worry, our state has a couple reds. ;)
