International relations/politics and socialist theory

I'm very interested in international politics, and most of the reading I do is about foreign policy - ie lots of Noam Chomsky, Gilbert Achcar etc. However, Chomsky is known for disregarding theory and I was wondering if there are any good readings I can do that can relate a lot of international relations to socialist theory. I know that Lenin wrote some stuff about imperalism, any particular texts I should look into?

Also, stuff about internationalism would also be appreciated!
