Somali Propaganda Posters from the Siad Barre era

I found this (http://www.jaallesiyaad.com/sawirro/posters), thought it was really interesting and thought I'd share. XHKS', Somalia's ruling party, ideology was a mixture of Pan-Somalism, the idea that Ogaden, under Ethiopia still today, be a part of Somalia as it has always been culturally and historically a part of Somalia, and Marxism-Leninism, and it's propaganda clearly demonstrates the two. What caught my eyes were the prominence of equal scales, symbolizing equality. Anyways, all this stuff is from Somalia's golden age under the leadership of Siad Barre. This is some really awesome art, so enjoy.

Cool posters, if anyone on here speaks Somali I'd be interested in reading what they have to say. They all seem to be from the same artist or shop.

Please refresh my memory, when was Somalia ever in better standing than under Siad Barre's leadership?

1. Scripting of the Somali Language.
2. Campaign against illiteracy.
3. Airlifting and resettling of drought-stricken Somalis.
4. Strongest army in all Subsaharan Africa.
5. Liberation of a sister-country, Djibouti, from the clutches of colonial rule.
6. And sparing no effort (in blood or treasure) in removing the barbaric Ethiopian yoke from the necks of Somalis in the Ogaden.

That's, of course, not mentioning bringing stability to an extremely unstable Somalia, resisting neo-colonialism in Somalia and social-imperialism in the Horn of Africa, ending corruption, lessening tribalism, educating the masses, supporting Eritrean national liberation etc.
