Student Seth Bartlekamp is no longer facing expulsion - the principal has dropped the threat of expulsion and any other disciplinary action against him. The concerns now are the court costs and truancy ticket Seth and his mother have to pay. Seth's hearing is later this month.

Now the charges need dropped against Destiny and Deasia Bronaugh, the two young ladies brutalized in the video.

All who sent emails, made phone calls and spread the word have helped. It's not over but one hurdle has been cleared.
