View Full Version : The PKK
I'll admit; I read it on Wikipedia (the obviously most trustworthy place on the internet, second only to 4chan), but is there any truth in the claim that the PKK finances itself through activites such as drug trafficking, kidnapping and the like? The source wiki gives is some US gov't site, so I'm suspicious.

Lots of the Kurdish heroin movers in London apparently have links to the PKK. How true that is i do not know. It seems quite common to accuse left-wing guerilla movements of being drug dealer/smugglers.

Sure the drug trade and kidnapping are a lot more lucrative than bake sales.

Thanks, Alpha. We really needed that.
Anyways, I have to agree with Bailey. It seems like a scapegoat to accuse left wing revolutionaries of drug-trafficking and the like. It might be true, it might not be. I don't know. I don't really keep up with the PKK, but I'll continue to support their struggle from what I know of them.

in the netherlands we actualy are dealing for years with an serious scandal around the kurd baybasin.
He was an heroin traficker for the turkish deep-state (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deep_state), who discoverd his kurdish roots and became involved the kurdish struggle. The turkish state then framed him (with help of their israeli navo partners who controll the dutch wiretapping system) and locked him up on claims he was dealing for the PKK instead of used to deal for the turkish state. The dutch justice system where blackmailed in compliance because the turkish state haves proof that one of the highest dutch juridical officials is an practising pedophile.
just compare this wiki entry on him (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/H%C3%BCseyin_Bayba%C5%9Fin) with the actual strory as its slowly comming out: http://www.onderwereldblog.nl/geschiedenis/to-make-him-cold-the-baybasin-case/
