Will the british Imperialists send the Nepalese Gurkhas to fight in the counter revolution.

If so, what can we do about it?

The Gurkhas are thousands strong and are elite and highly trained soldiers, their emergence in the peoples war could seriously damage the revolution.

What do you think.

Let me know

I don't think they would. The UK doesn't even have a government now; politics are so unstable there that any rash foreign policy move by whatever government would be borderline suicidal. The British public is already fed up with British foreign policy adventures, sending the Gurkhas, Victoria-style, to a sovereign country that has almost nothing to do with the UK would cause an absolute firestorm in all likelihood. Plus, the only way that could feasibly happen is either by reaching an agreement with the present Nepalese government, which would easily turn Nepalese opinion sharply against the reactionaries, or through an outright invasion, which would be insane.

So no, I don't think there's a chance of that happening.

I never though about this.

I wonder what Joana Lumley's reaction will be when the Maoists end Britain being able to train young Nepalis to go and fight in Imperialist wars

The Maoists have promised to end Ghurka recruitment. But it actually wouldn't surprise me if the imperialists set up CIA mercenary camps in northern India to wage war against post-revolutionary Nepal. They did it with Tibet after the revolution kicked off there...
