You do know that there were a number of readiness exercises going on on 9/11/2001, right?
Well, it seems that the London bombings of 7/7/2005 were also going on during a readiness exercise, which pinpointed the exact stations to be bombed (you can find video footage to that effect, right from the BBC, on YouTube).
Well again, guess what?
There is a FEMA/DHS exercise coming this month.

.FEMA Region VIII (northern Rocky Mountain states) and FEMA Region IX (southwest, including CA) select state and local jurisdictions (venues), and National Capital Region...and it is scheduled for May 2010!
further down, under "Exercise Scenario and Conduct," we read:
.Two no-notice near simultaneous IND (that's Improvised Nuclear Devices) detonations
.Credible threat to the NCR (National Capital Region) leading to the Eagle Horizon componentTwo FEMA/DHS regions, two "no notice near-simultaneous IND detonations? Coincidence?
Or are we being set up for another fall, this time of whatever is left of the Bill of Rights?
Supposedly, this REX (Readiness Exercise, like the infamous REX-84, which eerily foreshadowed the repressive post 9/11 "laws" we now live under) was cancelled:
The plan was to stage the nation's first live exercise that simulates a nuclear bomb being detonated by terrorists in an American city, with 10,000 emergency responders, U.S. troops and officials playing out their roles in the heart of Las Vegas.
But the Obama administration canceled the Nevada events set for next month after Senate Majority Leader Harry M. Reid (http://www.whorunsgov.com/Profiles/Harry_M._Reid) (D-Nev.), backed by casino and business interests, said it would frighten away tourists and "unacceptably harm" the region's battered economy.
Will this scenario be played out for real, perhaps in the real Las Vegas, just as the "exercises" of 9/11/01 and 7/7/05 were in New York and London?
Such a device could be brought into Las Vegas International Airport via the "Janet" flights, which can bypass the scrutiny of the TSA (it's the commuter terminal, which can clearly be seen from the upper floors of the Excalibur, from Area 51).
And: if the "Oswald" for this attack turned out to be, say, an undocumented worker (or someone advocating for them)...I need not spell out the implications.
If widespread warning of this possibility helps prevent it...my job is done.
