Any person or persons who terrorize streets where skateboarding is not allowed, by running around, and jumping on and off various objects for their own personal entertainment. Street Runners are most common in Paris, France, where skateboarding is illegal in public squares.

Could we getreal, this is some fantasy idea mate, i just dont get how we could do this and how it would help evade pigs, they have helicopters with thermal imaging, take it from someone who knows how hard it is to outrun police even when on a honda 110,nevermind acting like spiderman.

It would help a great deal for any low-key infiltration or sabotage or setting up for a coming flashy event in an urban area without getting caught but it would be a tool used for specific purposes and not something to be applied wide-spread for revolutionary hooligans. Too many people playing spider man and surveillance becomes on-the-spot aggression.
