Anyone know how to make eggless brownies? I tried using milk and extra vegetable oil as I saw on some vegan sites but it failed. =/

I make cakes and a bunch of other stuff with bananas instead of eggs, I imagine it would work with brownies too, as a general rule of thumb one very ripe banana replaces one egg, just make sure you smash it up real good. You will be able to taste the banana just a tiny bit in what you are making but it tastes fine don't worry and your friends will be super impressed.
My mum has also told me in the past that you can use applesauce or apricot puree but she is a crazy vegan anarchist so I wouldn't try this

I use flax seed to replace egg. It also adds protein. Banana works, but if what you're making isn't supposed to taste like banana...
