Erm, I've been a bit busy lately and not got around to all this until just now sorry.
Anyway, if anyone has any objections to any of the following actions, please say now and it'll be put up to a vote. If there's no objections to an action then it'll go ahead without a vote.
Policy change Necro'ing to be acceptable

Merge OR's OP in Security Culture could just be added to security culture information and the former thread destickied
Unsticky DIY Groups- it is mostly empty and has some broken links
Rename Resources should be renamed to mental health and addiction resources
Unsticky Resources
New sticky Creating an encylopedia of confirmed succesful DIY projects
I'll give it a week, plus a week to vote on any objections.
