Latin American comrades can know about the developments done by Indian Maoists on the website given above and other websites. There are informative websites about progresses going on in Latin America too. But, still there are elements of controversies and doubts between each other, which I think is harmful for the progress of revolutionary processes worldwide. Can the proposed Fifth International be a good platform for exchange of thought and information between each other, so that the controversies and doubts can be pushed away? In my opinion, the real purpose of the proposed Fifth International should be that. Otherwise, it can become another "back scratching group" like the G-77 or other such things, that is often observed in the UN meetings.
