Today, greek prime minister George Andrew Papandreou made official Greece's seek of help from the IMF.
In a matter of 3 hours, with promoting through athens.indymedia , emails, sms's etc. 3.000 people were on the streets of Athens(on working hours). The protest was called mainly by the first degree unions.
There where also in 3 other towns(Xanthi,Heraclium of Crete,Thessaloniki) some actions.
This was the first answer to IMF,Goldman Sachs and their puppet politicians over here.

IMF protests are bourgeois-nationalist and most of the protestors are probably social democrats anyway.

No I think these guys are anarchists; the dog is there again. If these are the same people, with the same dog, with such fervent and persistent attitudes towards activism, then chances are these guys have slightly more solid politics than social-democracy and bourgeois-nationalism. I could be wrong. But this dog is at pretty much every protest or demonstration in Greece, it would seem.

3 hours, thats fast.

They are probably anarchists, since the people in that image are fight the arch enemy of the anarchist namely the window. From the time when Phoenicians invented glass slaves, serfs and workers have all been oppressed by the window. The windows needs to be smashed so workers can gain their freedom, workers should not take anymore oppression from windows.

no.we actually are neofascist gangs with influences by Edi Amin and Hamas. We dont want IMF because we want to make an ultranationalist state where only Greeks can live and produce. We also are bourgeois and we own big malls and stuff.

Aw, I was just winding you guys up. Seems to be the standard reply to everything else around here so I figured why not.
Seriously though, I was in Greece a few years ago when the current uprising was just starting to emerge. We should all take a lesson from our Hellenic comrades on how to get shit done.

How are the KKE reacting to this news?
KKE is of course against the lawn from IMF,but yesterday and today they havent given any practical responses.KKE is a big party, maybe the biggest communist party in Western World,so they move slower as a mechanism. They prefer to do things they have organise very well, they dont trust the spontaneous.
