Overthrowing the monarchy and expropriating the reactionary bourgeoisie would be a good start.

The red skirts, contrary to the associations their name may invoke, are in general adherents to the former, populist PM. Thaksin Shinawatra has, not unlike Hugo Chāvez, tried to improve the infrastructure for the rural people. He doesn't even have a figment of an ideology though, unlike Chāvez.
