At around 8:28, someone is apparently flying the S. Vietnamese flag. I know in the 60s it was popular at protests to use the Viet Cong flag, but AFAIK the S. Vietnamese flag doesn't really have any significance to the left?

Is there something I don't know or did someone just fail miserably at bringing a Viet Cong flag?

I think it's a fail on their part. They probably thought the North's flag was too Soviet.:p

Maybe someone lied and told them it was a Tibetan flag....as a prank?
