The United States should return to a "normal" state, in fact, in many aspects of world affairs, it is not an implementation of the "good" political country. I hope Obama can reflect as a leader, he led the team why not "patriots"?

All Obama is doing is putting a presentable face on the American Empire.
But make no mistake, he's already proving he can kill (http://www.isaf.nato.int/en/article/isaf-releases/joint-assessment-after-incident-in-khost-province.html) those terrorists (http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2010/04/06/AR2010040604121_pf.html) harder than Baby Bush. William Blum writes in Freeing the World to Death
"Even many people who take part in the anti-war movement have a hard time shaking off some of this mindset; they think, or would like to think, that the government just needs to be prodded back to its normal benevolent self."

Obama gave the impression he would do this. When he went around in Europe people had hated Bush to the point they were eager to welcome anyone else who would make the country less belligerent.
Ultimately and unfortunately he is still a part of the same power structure and will continue the long-term goals of the United States that remains the same regardless of which party comes into power.
That being said it still seems Obama is working this "magic" to people who got absolutely soured towards Bush.
