Fascist/Racist/Xenophobic Facebook Groups

What is your opinion on such groups and what type of actions should these groups be countered with, if it is even worth it? (Especially ones from your own locality/country)

I mean you get like, 1000 member in them.. all sending to fuck off the first thing that isn't white and you've got no idea to do apart from reporting them...

I hope this topic is even worthwhile, but I'm quite confused on the issue...

there's one i've seen which is something along the lines of "YOU'RE IN ENGLAND SO SPEAK ENGLISH" but the members of the group seem to be struggling to master their own language. Generally I wouldn't take any facebook group seriously, anyone who thinks they're making a major statement by joining a facebook group is just cretinous beyond belief.

I think the sexist groups also need to be addressed. Even if they only are joke groups, they still seem to glorify sexist propaganda of the 50s and people will eventually become desensitized to sexism.

Personally, i report those kind of groups everytime i come across them, not sure what good it does.

But the filth that post on them are so narrow minded it's most likely a lost cause.
