I may be seeing this the wrong way, but as a Technocrat, I've found the ideas of Maoism to be a bit anti-technology. Though, again, I could be wrong. I've just seen Maoism as more of an ideal that embraces agrarian advances, rather than technological advances. Can anyone enlighten me on this subject? (more preferably by actual Maoists on RevLeft; Rosa stay out!)

I may be wrong but ill try answer anyway.
I think you are confusing Maoist opposition to "theory of productive forces" (TPF) to opposition to technology itself. Opposing TPF means that Maoists reject the idea that technological advance alone brings us closer to communism. Rather, the productive forces, relations of production and superstructure must all be adanced.
So, i think, it is the fetishism of technology (e.g. in USSR) that is opposed, especialy when it compromises the relations of production and superstructure.
Maoist China saw great technological advances.
I think Stalin said "technology decides". Maoists say "the people decide".
