Hello from the horribly conservative state of Virginia, where we have some of the most ridiculous elected officials around. I am new to socialism, but I have been an atheist and a liberal since I started getting into politics at the age of twelve. As I am new, I hope to do quite a lot of reading on socialism, which is why I am glad to see that this website has a thread recommending reading material for beginners. I’m looking forward to learning many new things during my time here. :)
