Sorry, but I just have a quick question which should admit of a quick answer. What is the "anonym.to" website that mediates links to sites outside of revleft? What is its purpose on this board, and what service does the site provide (these may end up being the same answer)?

Any help is very appreciated. I hope I don't waste anyone's time.

I am not sure. but I think it is to make sure that sites that are linked can't see that they are linked from here. It would make it easier to discuss other forums or blogs without that person noticing and starting drama on here.

That was something like my suspicion. I know I promised brevity here, but if that is truly the reason, now I'm wondering if there were some precedent events on the site which gave rise to its use.
