As a bit of a protest I'll be marching in my old uniform (ex-brit army).

Any suggestions on which march to go to to cause the biggest impact?

Well on mayday there's four seperate (but interlinked) events going down in London.

The traditional Socialist/Left Labour march from Clerkenwell Green to Trafalgar Square at 1pm...

Which will this year include a "unified anarchist block", marching from Clerkenwell to Trafalgar and then onwards to Parliament Sqaure to take part in...

Election Meltdown rally and camp, from 2:00pm onwards, in Parliament square. The four horses of the apocalypse will drag the four party leader to mock executions. The Red horse will drag brown from the Labour HQ, the Silver horse will drag cameron from Tory HQ, the Green horse will drag clegg from Lib Dem HQ and the Black horse will drag Nick Griffin from Clerkenwell. All marches will meet up at 2:30pm in Parliament square for mock executions and a directly democratic people's assembly. Tents will be pitched with the intention of staying in the square until the election (May 6th), although that's optional

From 4pm there'll be a roving "Reclaim the Streets" style rave somewhere in central london (embankment/south bank/westminster), with several sound systems, hopfully causing all sorts of anti-capitalist havoc :thumbup1:
