Honoring Cesar Chavez

He showed the farm workers of America how the working class can improve their own lives through collective action, and from his actions we can begin to build a revolutionary movement. Viva la Huelga and RIP Cesar Cavez!

In Dallas there is a dispute over one of the roads there. It is currently "Industrial Boulevard" and will be the site for renovations. The Latino community wants it renamed to "Cesar Chavez Boulevard" and indicated as much when a poll showed most people wanted it to be that.

The City refused it. Apparently Industrial Boulevard is a better name than Cesar Chavez. :confused:
