De Leonism is a tendency?

Yes, although it isn't well known. It has been called a mix between syndicalism and marxism. The primary difference between Merxism-Leninism is that it believes in the power of trade unions as well as the power of a party, and that both are needed for socialism to arise. It's somewhere in the middle of marxism-leninism and left communism, with some anarcho-sydicalism in there.

I'm pretty new to the left in general, but after some research, this is what I found myself attracted to.
