I didn't get a chance to read the topic. I think it's difficult to define "taking advantage of." If I found a women who was sad and lonely, dated her for her money, then broke up when I got bored. That would be taking advantage of.

Most prostitutes aren't doing this. They are being taken advantage of. However, I can't help but suspect some prostitutes do take advantage of mentally ill men. I'm not judging this as good or bad. I'm just saying. Depressed lonely guy with no friends, low-self worth, etc. Prostitute solicits him or even pretends not to be a prostitute. He ends up reluctantly agreeing. Gets problems.

Oh and sex addiction. Clearly, a prostitute might be aware that the client who talks about personal problems and comes twice a day has a problem.
