Trotskyist insurrections begin in Sri Lanka

The Communist Party of Ceylon ( Bolshevik Leninist ) began urban insurrections in small towns in Sri Lanka this morning. Colombo itself is under severe threat from the rebels now, as a large portion of the army has switched sides.

This is a repetition of the 1983 rebellion that spread over 20 cities and claimed around 5000 lives. The government of Sri Lanka has vowed to end this movement by the end of this week.http://www.sinhalayani.com/page1.htm

Actually, Trotskyists in Sri Lanka did fight against imperialism while the Stalinists were busy kissing Winston Churchill's ass.
