Are there any hear? I'm thinking about becoming one after high school, how do your views interfere with the curriculum? Was it hard to get the job? Is the pay worth it?

Any other teachers or anyone please feel free to chime in:wub:

I would also like to hear about this. I was thinking of becoming a foreign language or social studies teacher.

Since the OP's talking about curriculum, I think he/she is referring to high school history. Postmodernism is mainly for college/uni profs.

I studied history and hold a few qualifications, however then histroy I teach the kids dont want to know. Who wants to know about some dirty little african war, or the war in the falklands???

The contect of what they teach is wrong.... Histroy is an open book, learn all you can form it so it dont happen again.
