So wether he jumped or was pushed Tony Mowbray has left celtic. I can't say I'm upset, the results this season have been fuckin disaterous, I think I read one of celtics worst seasons stastically ever? I'm pretty glad Neil Lennon has been promoted from reserves manager though I doubt he'll be alowed to keep the position into next season? Shame- Lennon has a fire than Mowbray always lacked.

As for the replacements, well I hope it ain't gonna be Roy Keane- great player but MAD bastard. Doesn't have the temprement to be a manager in my eyes Paul Lambert has ruled himself out (shame as he'd be my no1 choice). Which leaves Mark Huges in the front runners... although his track record isn't much better than mowbrays either.

Wether they'll be given any real chance now or in the future I'd love to see some sort of Lennon/ Larsson commbination with one as manger and the other as assitant? Larsson has made no secret he wants to return at some stage on some level and Lennon's reserves have had a better season than the first team... Of course the Shower of C*nts that sit on the celtic board will probably apoint another manager not suited to celtic?

Absolute joke of a season, i'm surprised he lasted this long.

Mark Hughes could be a decent replacement.

Yeahs seriously what the hell happened to Celtic this season? I know Mowbray has been bad but when you are getting spanked by St Mirren surely something else must be going wrong too?

mis-management starts at the top - the board are to blame as well - continually aiming for financial stability (the infamous downsizing) at any cost, then we go and blow millions on Mowbray. If you didn't laugh you'd cry.

They'll probably go for the cheap option yet again and we'll find ourselves wanting the next under-qualified yes man out of his job. I have no faith in the PLC whatsoever, they have failed time and time again.

I think that you would be very lucky. Celtic may be historically a big club, but I think most managers today would rather take a low ranking premiership club.

Smart money's on Yogi, methinks. If I was a Celtic fan i'd be wanting Paul Lambert in but he's said in no uncertain terms that he isn't interested.

Well Mark Hughes assitant has been making noises about Hughes being interested, but then he's not the man himself is he. Wouldn't rule it out completely- celtic have a huge fan base, shame the plc seem to fail to see this... other than as something to exploit.
