The Progressive Student Action Front organized a rally at Al-Quds Open University in Rafah on March 22, 2010, protesting the Zionist occupation settlements and attacks on Palestinians in the West Bank. A number of cadres and leaders of Palestinian parties participated in the rally, delivering speeches and stressing the need to unite to stand against the occupation's practices in Jerusalem.

Feras Jerbaoui spoke on behalf of the PSAF, emphasizing the need to end internal division and expose the international cover being provided to the occupation's crimes in Jerusalem. The participants in the rally called for a series of student events to take place throughout Palestine in solidarity with our people in Jerusalem.

A mass demonsration took place in Beddawi refugee camp in northern Lebanon on Friday, March 19, 2010, called by the resistance factions and the Palestinian popular committees in northern Lebanon, condemning the Zionist aggression against the Palestinian people in Jerusalem.

The Palestinian factions and popular committees in the North, Lebanese Muslim and Christian clerics, Lebanese political parties and national forces, educational and cultural institutions, women's groups, youth organizations and delegations from Nahr el-Bared camp participated in the demonstration, carrying banners condemning the crimes of the occupation and the Judaization of Jerusalem, and demanding an end to the siege of Gaza. The marchers carried Palestinian flags as they chanted, demanding an end to all Arab relations with the Zionist state and no negotiations with the enemy.

The march wound through the camp to its northern entrance, where a number of speakers addressed the crowd, including Comrade Abu Ali Fathi of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, who stressed the need to achieve Palestinian unity and escalate resistance in all of its forms, ending any form of negotiations with the Zionist state. He called for Arab and Muslim official and popular action to defend Jerusalem and Palestine.
