What are the differences in the different IRA organizations?

I'm assuming you mean the differences between the provisional IRA and the Real/continuity IRA.
Basically the Provisional or 'authentic' IRA disbanded in 2005 mainly due to Sinn Fein's persuasion that the ballot box not the gun was the best route to a united Ireland.
The RIRA and CIRA disagreed so kept their weapons to mantain the armed struggle.

They are all just splinter groups off of the original IRA because they didn't agree with the negotiations going on with the British government. As far as I know, the Real IRA is the most active and militant, along with the Continuity Irish Republican Army. The Irish National Liberation Army is the other group, Marxist and not very active anymore. I'm sure if you look up each group you can get more info.

The INLA gave up their weapons, but the political wing the IRSP is still going. There are a few members of the IRSP on here.

The Continuity IRA comes from a split in the Provisional Republican movement in 1986 over a descision to take their seats if elected in the Dail which is the parliment of the Free State/26 county regieme. The Real IRA comes from a split in the Provisional Republican movement again in 1997 over their descision to keep up their ceasefire without any pledge by the Brits to withdraw.
The original split between the Officials and Provisionals it should be noted was also over taking seats in the Dail. Patriotic Irish people do not recognise the legitimacy of either state in our country.
