Does anyone know any sites to learn a new language? I learned some Spanish in high school; however, my teacher was pretty bad and we didn't learn much. I'd like to finish it and perhaps learn a third language.

You cannot learn a language through the medium of the internet alone, I would suggest. The best method is one-on-one tutoring.

You could try LingQ (http://www.lingq.com/) :)

Try LiveMocha.com, it's pretty cool and it has lots of languages to learn with tons of methods. They have audio/visual lessons, reading exercises, chat with native speakers and lots of other stuff. However, it's not that strong on grammar, so you should find other resources to help...check your local bookstores and libraries, they should have some language books and/or tapes.
And yes, 1-on-1 tutors are fantastic, but they can cost a bit. If you have a community school (Volkshochschule, etc.), check out what language courses they have, I think they're a good secondary option.
I need to get back into the teaching-myself-language thing. Turkish, Russian, Mandarin or French...those are the ones I'm thinking of trying next at the moment.

One on one tutors tend to be free if you know people who speak the language, i've never paid for one.
