Can you summarize?

A lecturer from Glamorgan University goes to Blaenau Gwent to try and convince the bin workers and a group of council mechanics that they don't need management. Eventually he convinces the recycling workers to get rid of management and organise themselfs, the mechanics vote to keep one of their managers under certain circumstances (be nice and can we have a say?) and I don't quite remember what the bin workers did but they weren't very supportive of the idea to begin with.

The way I see it, they managed to get rid of management, to cut costs, whist making the workers do more work for what seems like no difference in pay. Althought I like the idea of self-management being brought to the forefront.
