Bandito
21st March 2010, 22:05
Ex-Yugoslavian band, famous for its leftist and anticapitalist message, led by musical genius Darko Rundek. Rundek was one of the leaders of the "new wave" in Yugoslavia, the first person who showed the middle finger on state's official television station and above all, a poet.
It's the band who played world music when nobody has ever heard about the term, been artistic and still not boring, been punks without the mohawks.
While Haustor's music is, in deed about lyrics, music is exceptionally good as well, so, my RevLeft friends, a warm invitation to enjoy both Rundek and Haustor's music with me. :)
The first one would be the song that calls people on to the barricades, because "now is the time". "From the barricades, we shout No Pasaran!"

The second one is an adaptation of a famous revolutionary song "Ay Carmela"

If you managed to listen this far, and still like it, this one is called "Third World"
