Ruling class is about...well, the ruling class in Britain featuring a Trotskyist-Maoist-Leninist-Bolshevik butler who constantly skewers his "masters" with sarcasm.
The main character is heir to the house of commons who thinks he's jesus, scandalizing the upper class.
Half-way through the movie he changes his mind and believes he's Jack-the-Ripper, at which point he fits in perfectly.
My favorite part is when he has a vision of the British House of Commons as a bunch of decaying ghouls and zombies as they sing "Onward Christian Soldiers!" after shouting how the working class must be manipulated with fear.
It's a very black comedy, the great Peter O'toole stars.
It really is one of the best films I've ever seen giving the communist view of society. Plus its hilarious in a dark way.
