FenerbahCHE.biz is a site established by left-wing fans of a sports club of Turkey. This club is Fenerbahce. As you will understand from the principles below, FenerbahCHE.biz wants to make a connection between leftist supporrters of Fenerbahce as well as bridging with other left-wing tribune groups. Here are our principles and rules:
WHY IS FENER AND CHE ALWAYS WITH US?
Of course we have many reasons to say FENERBAHCHE!
1) Because we believe fair play and we see necessary to stand against all kinds of injustice!
2) Because we consider as a duty to support Navy-Blue not only in football matches, but also in all kinds of sportive branches!
3) Because we admit ourselves first to our teams and then our principles!
4) Because we want to be consistent both in life and in sports!
5) Because we are against black-marketing, trickery and cheating!
6) Because we try to show that being FenerbahChe member can create an alternative against idea of 'no way out'!
7) Because we are against 'industrial' football!
8) Because we consider football as a working classes' game!
9) Because we miss multi-colored tribunes and football as a competitor, not revengeful game!
10) Because we know that a FenerbahChe supporter can be not only inside of stadium or sports center, but also outside of those squares, and that a heart beaten for Fenerbahçe be with the team in any part of the world!
11) Because we aim to form horizontal, not vertical -hierarchical- relations!
12) Because we appropriate that it is necessary to respect and to not insult and/or swear as other teams' supporters, players and administrators as Fenerbahçe supporters, players and administrators, in the framework of the 'brotherhood of colors'!
13) Because we believe that FenerbahChe.Biz members have to respect each member's ideas even if s/he is not a Fenerbahçe fan!
14) Because we are against racism and sexual discrimination!
15) Because we think that sportsmanship is appropriate to not professional but amateur spirit!
16) Because we think that it is necessary to create a unique culture of being FenerbahChe member and to behave according to this culture in the whole globe...
17) Under the light of principles written above, we need to establish FenerbahChe.Biz. We invite everybody to meet in FenerbahChe.Biz, who accepts those principles, to share ideas, comments and information.
Rules:
1) Domain owner(s), administrators and/or moderators of FenerbahChe.Biz are not responsible from any visual, auditory and/or written materials.
2) Persons, who want to become a member of FenerbahChe.Biz, will be considered that they accept the principles under the heading of 'Why Fener and Che is is with us?' and rules above and below. Administrators and moderators can change, move, delete or lock photograph, topic, message or writing by giving reason.
3) FenerbahChe.Biz is open to supporters of any team if they accept the principles and rules. Supporters of other teams are the equal members of FenerbahChe.Biz and do have the same rights and responsibilities.
4) Black-marketing, advertising without permission of administrators or moderators and sending messages consisted of capital letters will cause intervention.
5) Chauvinist, patriarchal and/or discriminatory behaviors will not be allowed. Members, who behave in such ways will be warned, their messages will be deleted, if they continue to do so, their membership will be terminated. Degradation of political ideas will also be under the sanction. Punishment will be one week NOPOST at first, 2 weeks NOPOST if it is repeated, and termination of membership if it is continued.
6) As it is stated under the principles, FenerbahChe.Biz is against swearing. As a result, posting general and/or private messages to any part of the site is strictly forbidden. Member, who does not obey this rule, will receive one week NOPOST at first. If member does the same again, punishment will be 2 week NOPOST. After the third message that includes swearing, punishment will become termination of membership.
7) Again as it is stated under the principles, insult and belittling is equal to swearing and thus it is a matter of punishment. Messages include such words will be punished with one week NOPOST, 2 weeks if it is repeated, and termination of membership if it is done three times.
8) Swearing or belittling to supporters and/or players of opponent teams will cause one week NOPOST, two weeks NOPOST if it is repeated, and termination of membership if it is done insistently.
9) Members cannot use illegal avatar, photograph, symbol, signature or slogan. If a member uses one, some or all of those, s/he will be warned and illegal avatar, photograph, symbol, signature or slogan will be removed.
10) Visual, written or auditory materials that could bring legal difficulties will not be allowed. Such materials will be removed as it is seen by administrators or moderators. It is requested from members to consider this rule.
11) Threatening among members will not be allowed and threatening will end with termination of membership.
It is no matter which team, sports club, player and/or manager is at the target in case of NOPOST and/or termination of membership.
It is strictly advised persons who want to be a member to read and understand the principles and rules. We need repeatedly to express that in case of membership, principles and rules will be accepted by the member.
