Hi,
I consider myself both a socialist and a revolutionary and even though I'm currently not in an organisation dedicated to the socialist cause or quite activist about my beliefs, I do believe in socialism. I'm currently still searching for the best strategy/ideology for communism, but I'm trying to find a good strategy in favor of a communist society.
The reason why I am a socialist is not that complicated. My parents (especially my father) has always been social-democrats and even though I don't consider social-democracy a real variant of socialism they have given me some working class pride in the sense that I consider socialism: antifascist, egalitarian, democratic and escpecially anti-classist. Another reason for my socialist ideals are the amount of classist (my parents are labourers) and homophobic (I am gay) prejudice I received.
Greetings Comrades,
