logical approach to parties

What, in all your opinions, are the best communist parties, looking at each objectively. I am not at voting age, as of late, but I should be soon. I am merely looking for possibilities in the future.

I hope that the options that could be considered are not anarchist, or against all things state. I am looking for something that doesn't make you pay, but if it does, pay very little, and would help you start up a chapter.

I would also think that it have a great website to direct people to.

And another thing, if it is not too much to ask, is there a list of all left-wing parties, but only the newest ones? A friend of mine asked me about one, but I can't remember the name.

Well it depends which country you live in. If you live in the US, don't join the CPUSA- they're too busy kissing the Democrat's asses to get elected, let alone start a revolution. And they make you pay $60 a year. Do, however, check out the thread "USAs Communist Partys," which discusses this.
