After World War II the allies had a series of military tribunals for the Nazis war crimes at Nuremburg, Germany. Many people have called the trials a shame and victors justice. The allies were also not tried for war crimes they commited. People also said many of the crimes the Nazis were being tried for weren't on the books at the time. Many had their sentences commuted. I think the Nuremburg trials were an injustice do to the fact that many had their sentences commuted.

What alternative would you propose? That they were simply set free?

Not to mention many fascists were simply not tried and were later used to suppress leftists in their own country or abroad for the United States.

I think you misunderstood me. I think it was an injustice because many were set free and took jobs in the West Germany government.
The problem with Nuremburg was it was imperialists blaming other imperialists for being imperialist since Nuremburg stated the base of all the war crimes was the crime of invading other countries.

The only injustice thing in my opinion is that they didnt charge all the war-criminals
on both sides. I mean the bombing of Dresden, Hiroshima and Nagasaki was kind of unnecessary.
