View Full Version : Towards a Revleft invasion of Erepublik....

So there's this neat little online geo political rpg I started playing recently called Erepublik (I have to a some way to distract myself from actual work when I'm at school or my job). I would like to encourage everyone here to join the game and help a far left party come to power. I my character is Patches O'Hoolihan of Ireland. It might be a good idea to focus on one country so we can take power more quickly. Check it out though, it's pretty cool. You can even start newspapers in it.

(I can't post links yet, so just google erepublik) :thumbup1:

do all the countries use the country's real language in the game? I just made myself a citizen of Romania but I just realized I don't speak Romanian and I can't move until I have more experience points!

Some countries do. North Korea speaks English since North Koreans don't have internet and all the citizens in game are from English speaking countries.

To erepublik!
You can change the lagnuage of the game by changing the link, for instance form erepublik . com/ro to /en or such, just log off before that.
Erepublik gives you the power of a citizen, not a nation, so it's different from Cybernations.
And now a bit of eRep talk:
Ther are no North Koreans on the internet so the North Korean eRep state is a target for take overs, basically, anyone that can bring 100 people to NK can win the elections.

Also if you already haven't you should all join the Internationale. I still can't post links you can search for it in the erepublik wiki (under the community tab).

Well, I'm TendimusAdAstra in game, formerly know as Leon Alston. Unfortunately, in late 2008 there was a huge cull and being a prominent Aussie commie, I was expelled. Anyway, I've started up again and am helping to run the party that I helped co-found, the Australian Communist Party. Great things are happening and I'd be honoured to have you guys join me there again. Not to mention that with the soon to be introduced version 2, Australia will be one of the key strategic nations in the whole game. So, help a brother out and let's go shake the world free of it's chains. Oh, and I've posted something similiar in this thread: revleft.com/vb/erepublik-political-and-t110920/index.html?t=110920&highlight=erep

NLF is Hugo's alliance. So yeah, it's leftist and I'm surprised you don't recognize his prized possession.

There's no real communist party here, which is why I stated my intention to eventually found one. If you decide to be a resident of China, besure to set your location to Beijing, China. :)

1. Hugo's been talking about this alliance forever and I was under the impression that he's made it big when I signed up. Damn.

The alliance you're in is tiny by all counts, just 8 members, although some are quite strong. But it is, dare I say, irrelevant. If you don't have some good allies, you'll be overrun very soon.

By comparison, The International has 122 members currently, belongs to the top 30 strongest alliances and has developed very strong diplomatic ties.

Ouch, that's a bit cynical of you, isn't it? I wish for nothing more than the satisfaction of helping out a comrade. That and the "society builder achievement" for bringing in 10 people to the fold.

And if I'm bringing in new people, they might as well be communists.

BTW, China may not be a good choice for a permanent settlement due to our tendency to communicate in Chinese...Doesnt matter which country you're in, we can help each other out.

You can buy gifts in the market...However, it only works when you give gifts to others. You can't consume the gifts yourselves.

I'm on 78% now because I fought a bit too hard on the battlefield today. But I'll fix that tomorrow by just fighting once and then getting a 30% heal in the hospital = near 100% :p

For anyone having chat needs: I just created #commies on irc.rizon.net (so, not on the Revleft irc server, but on the rizon irc network, where most eR channels seem to be).

Join the plotting and scheming of the evil commies to take over ... the world! :)

No, I tried that. :( You can only get healed for the damage you receive today.

Tsukae, do you have contact with the Communist Party of the Soviet Union? What's their position? Do they try to stop Russia's aggressions against NK?

I heard most players in NK are from Belarus, is that true?
We don't have any contacts with them. We seem pretty limited and our country has zero allies. I don't know if they even have a stance on the Russian aggression against eNK.

Buying houses is really expensive so it will take a while.. at least it will for me.

OK I just found out there's indeed, an international on eRep. The problem is, they accept parties as members, and I hope know if they accept individuals as well.

The Saturn Community is too cheap to be paying the membership fee to the International, so they didn't join.
Yes we accept individuals(I'm the representative from the party Socialist Freedom Party in the USA) but only a representative from the party can vote in the congress, not everybody in the party(or it would obviously be kind of unbalanced). As of now we haven't decided upon the fee and as of right now I don't see us doing that.

The CPSU is one of the greatest parties in the eWorld(Next to the SFP of course :p ) but I'm pretty sure they were against Russia attacking North Korea although I might be wrong since some members seem to have a very nationalist point of view when it comes to attacking the USA, but that was a long time ago. You should follow the link I gave to the Internationale and contact Maksim Chuikov who is in the Communist Party Soviet Union. He's always been a trusted friend.

I just messaged the CPSU leader on the parties position regarding Russian aggression against eNK. I also expressed solidarity with their cause and wished them the best. In all honesty, since this isn't RL, I would love to join a Warsaw Pact equivalent in eRepublik. How cool would it be to insstead of having the BS Phoenix alliance we instead had the USSR?

Xinjiang is not a good place to start. :( I'm sending you a moving ticket, when you are able to move, change your location to Beijing or another capital city in another country where there's a good hospital.
