Actually, I'd recommend Property and Contract in Economics: The Case for Economic Democracy (http://www.ellerman.org/Davids-Stuff/Books/P&C-Book.pdf). Excellent work; makes a very strong anti-capitalist ethical case on libertarian principles. The entire PDF is there.

To broaden your knowledge I suggest Democracy and Other Neoliberal Fantasies: Communicative Capitalism and Left Politics by Jodi Dean published last year. Also from last year Slavoj Ziziek's First as Tragedy, Than as Farce is also quite good and more accessible then his other books.
