no it isn't, its about organising our selves without leaders, and creating a society where we are free, raising hell may be popular with anarchists, and if the op just meant something they like doing then thats cool, but anarchism is not about raising hell or smashing shit up, or wearing black or listening to punk music. i don't care if anarchists what to do this stuff, but theres nothing anarchist about it.
