Apparently he was the 13th POTUS. Never heard of him myself.

My guess is that he is supposed to be printed on the new US notes or something, but that the mint has not started printing them yet, or just GD hasn't seen any yet (check your nearest capitalist fatcat!).

If that is the case, this thread should possibly be closed for being completely pointless.

Yea, the Know-Nothings were a big movement before the Civil War. Republicans and Democrats took full advantage of it.
