did a bit of research, looks like it will probably get you high but it sounds sketchy, ie nobody really knows what the long term effects of it are.

Sounds like bullshit to me. And I don't see the point in using it if it's probably just gonna be banned along with the real stuff.

I say just stick to the genuine article and forget shitty faux-weed.

Right. But none of those regular energy drinks give people energy anyway. It's just sugar in a can.

I've had it, it wasn't that good and it tasted somewhat weird.

What spice is:
Spice is simply random herbs with a synthetic cannabinoid sprayed on it.
It doesn't contain "synthetic THC", it's an entirely different molecule. Some variants of spice have been shown to contain JWH-018 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/JWH-018), CP 47,497 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CP_47,497) and HU-210 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HU-210). All are synthetic cannabinoids with effects similar to THC, but unlike actual cannabis, they only contain that single one, thus making it a lot less fun and a lot more psychotic (THC only, like in Marinol is no fun at all).

If I drink ~1 liter of rockstar energy drink it does give me a slight caffeine buzz. :rolleyes:

EDIT: And the people in the video have no fucking idea what they're talking about.

I've heard of it before and from what I gathered online it's shit/not good replacement for the actual thing.

"Spice Gold" and "Chillin XXX" are awesome. They actually work but are not as good as the real thing obviously. I'd say Spice Gold has an indica-like affect, while Chillin is super active and resembles sativa more. Now, mixing either of those with real weed is something I would recommend. It's like a weed sandwich, only your smoking it.
