What are the main Marxist theories on this?
Paul Baran wrote a book on this called The Political Economy of Growth (http://www.monthlyreview.org/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=MRS&Product_Code=PB0765&Category_Code=IMP), how hard is it to read and how relevent is it today?
Are there any more relevent or easier to read books on the subject?
